SHIPPING POLICY

Orders for in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of your payment. Otherwise, please allow at least 4-6 weeks for work to be made and shipped.

 

Shipping overages will be refunded. 

 

In addition to shipping, there is a $7 materials and handling fee.

 

Orders will ship via USPS priority or Fedex. Insurance and upgrades are available upon request at your expense.

 

If you live in the Charlotte, NC area, arrangements may be made to pick up your pottery.


International Shipping: for specific shipping charges, please provide your country name and postal codes. Customs charges or taxes may apply when you receive your package. These charges are your responsibility and are determined by your home country.

RETURN POLICY

Please inspect your pottery carefully upon receipt.  Should your order get damaged in transit, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with images of broken items. 

 

With the exception of custom orders, if your purchase is other than what you expected, please contact us within a week of receipt. We will gladly take the item back, but return postage or damages incurred are your responsibility.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept credit cards as well as payment through paypal.  Please note that an order that has been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
